How much home does $200,000 buy in Atlanta? As a whole, Atlanta is still a buyer's market. Prices are down significantly from their 2007 highs, but things are changing, especially in the under-$200,000 in-town market. Inventory is down over 40% from the start of 2011 and, statistically, under $200,000 is no longer a buyer's market with only a six-month supply of listings. Randy Brauchler spent 24 years in health care as a doctor of Chiropractic. Growing up in Ohio, Randy went to Ohio State where he studied pre-med. In 1979, Life College brought him to Atlanta where he received his degree as a Chiropractor. Falling in love with Atlanta while in school, Randy decided to stay and set up a family practice in Vinings. Following his dream to one day be in real estate, Randy decided in 2007 it was time to make the move. While maintaining his focus on relationships and service, the transition to becoming an agent was a natural one. Married to Sheri with one daughter named Grace, Randy enjoys playing golf and guitar.
