Team Rich Richardson was founded in 2004 by Rich Richardson. Rich brought his expert people skills and negotiation skills learned from his experience in corporate human resources and his personal commitment to do business with the absolute highest level of integrity. His goal was to bring about the best results for his clients by combining these attributes with a desire to put his client’s needs first. That level of service, knowledge, and dedication to clients has built a highly successful real estate team. In fact, in the year 2010, Team Rich Richardson led the Keller Williams Realty Peachtree Road office in number of transactions for a team with 60 for the year. These transactions totaled over $17 million in sales.
Sales numbers and transactions are great. However, Team Rich Richardson truly measures their success based on their clients’ level of satisfaction. How are we doing? Over 9 out of 10 transactions involve clients that are referred to the team from past clients, friends, and fellow Realtors.
