Proposed Bill to Speed Up Short Sale Process and Prevent Foreclosure

Atlanta Public School Re-Districting Update

Many home buyers have been closely following the Atlanta Public School's potential redistricting.  Quite a few buyers desire to be in a certain school district and are concerned that their district may change in the near future.  Yesterday, the Superintendent released his recommendation, which included NO BOUNDARY CHANGES.  This is the Superintendent's recommendation, so it is not final outcome.  It looks like we are getting closer to the final outcome though. January Pending Home Sales Rise, Market on Uptrend
