Rich Richardson is a graduate of Wilson Hall and Clemson University. A native South Carolinian, Rich has lived in Atlanta for the past 12 years. Prior to his real estate career with Keller Williams, Rich was fortunate to have worked with three companies in Atlanta. He held such positions as Executive Vice President and Director of People Development at great companies like Chick-fil-A, Intellinet, and The Demoss Group. He has recently served on the Board of Directors for The Lighthouse Family Retreat and is active in his community and church. Rich was in the top 100 out of more than 5,000 Keller Williams' agents in the Southeast region in 2005, amounting nearly $10 million in real estate sales for the year.
Craig Mauldin is a native of Atlanta and a Cobb County resident. Before joining Keller Williams and Team Rich Richardson, Craig spent six years with an Advertising Sales Group at Turner Broadcasting. Prior to accepting the opportunity at Turner, he spent more than three years in San Diego, CA, dividing his work between the mortgage and computer software industries. He offers an intimate knowledge of the Atlanta community and an invaluable level of service to his clients. Craig and his wife Rachel live with their daughter Hannah in Smyrna.
Justin Landis joined Team Rich Richardson in May of 2008 after three plus years in the real estate industry. At his last brokerage, Origins Real Estate, he earned Top Producer of 2008 in only 9 months with the firm. He is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he was a Presidential Scholar and graduated highest honors with a degree in Chemical Engineering. Justin’s engineering background has enabled him to take a unique approach to real estate through problem solving and analytics – a method that has resulted in success for his clients. Justin has experience in every facet of residential and investment real estate with over 200 transactions in his portfolio. Justin is married to Amaris, his high school sweetheart, and is a resident of Grant Park. He spends his free time cycling, running, traveling and hiking the next big mountain.
Randy Brauchler spent 24 years in health care as a doctor of Chiropractic. Growing up in Ohio, Randy went to Ohio State where he studied pre-med. In 1979, Life College brought him to Atlanta where he received his degree as a Chiropractor. Falling in love with Atlanta while in school, Randy decided to stay and set up a family practice in Vinings. Following his dream to one day be in real estate, Randy decided in 2007 it was time to make the move. While maintaining his focus on relationships and service, the transition to becoming an agent was a natural one. Married to Sheri with one daughter named Grace, Randy enjoys playing golf and guitar.
Heather Van Sickle is a native Kansan who recently relocated to Atlanta. She graduated from The University of Kansas with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and has five years experience working in financial and corporate accounting. She joined Team Rich Richardson in an administrative capacity after working with them to buy a home. As a client and now employee, she has a unique perspective of the team and looks forward to assisting them and future clients. Heather lives with her husband Ryan in Roswell.
